From Settings
Settings → Account → Change email.
Enter your current password and the new email twice, then Send code to current email.
Open your current inbox, enter the one-time code in Settings, and confirm.
We then email a confirmation link to the new address — open it to finish.
Until you confirm the new address, your current email stays active for sign-in.
A stolen browser session alone cannot change your email (password + current inbox required).
